What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently offer shipping methods for USA through UPS and USPS and for international shipping to Canada we offer DHL an UPS!
What is the express order cut off time?
For express shipping, orders must be placed by 12pm pacific standard time to be processed for same day!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the USA and Canada! For the UK & Northern Ireland please visit www.runwayballoons.co.uk
Do you offer Local Pick Up?
Yes we do if you're local to the Central Valley in California! Local pick up takes 1 business day to process and fulfill! You will then receive a notification when your order is done and ready to be scheduled for pick up.
When can local pick orders be picked up?
Orders can be picked up between 11am-4pm! If you need to grab them before or after this time frame please reach out to us and we'll try to accommodate you!
Do you accept returns?
You have up to 14 days to make a return for a full refund, from the date of delivery. After 14 days - 30 days you can exchange product or receive store credit. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. The customer must pay for return shipping. Please email orders@runwayballoons.com before sending any product back.
What is your shipping and processing times?
Please be mindful of the estimated delivery dates when choosing your shipping method.
Our processing time is 1 business day. Orders must be in by 12pm Pacific Standard time to be processed for same day, orders placed after 12pm (PST) will be processed the next business day.
We cannot guarantee the arrival of any packages to be delivered by any specific date if that shipping method was not chosen.
Do you offer returns on shipping costs?
We do not offer refunds on regular or expedited shipping costs if it does not arrive in time. Unfortunately that is a delivery service provider issue. We recommend you contact their customer service to see what they can do for you!
