Missing & Delayed Packages
Policy:
- Runway Balloons uses UPS, USPS and DHL services, we are not affiliated with either company nor do we have control over the way they run. We can not anticipate or prevent delays, lost packages, damaged packages, closures or any unexpected issues within those companies or take financial responsibility for any issues arising at the fault of either service.
- We do not issue refunds for packages that show as “Delivered”, “Arriving Later than Expected”, or “Lost”.
- If your order has not been delivered on time or shows delivered but you do not have the package, you must contact your local post office or carrier for next steps. Normally they will have you file a claim for the lost product.
- Please wait at least 3 business days after the “Estimated delivery date” before contacting the shipping carrier.
- If your order arrives after your event and you know longer need/want it you can return your package to Runway Balloons and receive a refund minus the shipping costs. Please reach out to us prior to sending it back so we can send you the return address.
Best Practices:
- We encourage you to let your customers know to place orders as early as possible to allow for unforeseen shipping delays.
- Please confirm all shipping information for accuracy to help any delays from happening.
- We recommend that you add “Signature Required” on all purchases to try to eliminate any lost or stolen packages. *Although this is not a guaranteed method to receive packages on time
- Please be mindful around the holidays, delivery times may be delayed during busy seasons.
Our Shipping Process:
- We pack and ship the same day or next business day (Monday-Friday), unless it’s a weekend or we are closed for a holiday.
- Every package will have a tracking number for you to view & track the progress of your order.
- If you need to change your shipping time frame you originally selected you must do so before your order is fulfilled (Usually fulfilled within 24 hours).
- Once the package has left the possession of Runway Balloons we are not liable for any lost, damaged, stolen, or undelivered packages.
