Returns Policy
You have up to 14 days to make a return for a full refund, from the date of delivery. After 14 days - 30 days you can exchange product or receive store credit. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. The customer must pay for return shipping. Please email orders@runwayballoons.com before sending any product back.

Express shipping orders must be in by 12pm Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please be mindful of the estimated delivery dates when choosing your shipping method. Our processing time is 1 business day. Orders must be in by 12pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed for next business day. We cannot guarantee the arrival of any packages to be delivered by any specific date if that shipping method was not chosen.
